Case Management

Assists families in accessing services for their child or adolescent – such as diagnostic assessment, acute inpatient hospitalization, residential treatment, in-home treatment, outpatient treatment and respite care. Case managers advocate for children with other mental health care providers, educators, social workers, and the court system – on the behalf of the child’s mental health needs. Clients are children with a severe emotional disturbance at imminent risk of placement and their families.
