Human Services, Inc. (HSI) seeks a full-time Mental Health Clinical Records File Clerk to work in the Oakdale and Stillwater offices. Full time work schedule includes daytime hours Monday - Friday. Duties include pulling and filing of daily clinical charts, filing of client related information, maintaining security and privacy of client records, completing chart transfers and closings, providing support for chart reviews and audits, monitoring charts for various notifications, and various other medical records related tasks. Previous medical records experience is required. Medical records experience in an electronic health record environment is preferred. Must be able to interpret written documentation, effectively present information and respond to questions or requests from agency staff, clients and the general public, and work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
